This is the quickest way, and it takes effect straight away.
You will be signed out and your account will be gone.
Email [email protected] from the address registered to your account, asking us to delete it. We will confirm your identity, delete the account, and reply to confirm — normally within a few days, and within one month at the latest.
Please include your Carp Army username if you remember it.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no way for us to restore an account once it has been deleted.

| Deleted immediately | Your profile, posts, capture reports, photos and videos, comments, messages, follows, and the personal details held on your account. |
| Pro membership cancelled | Any active Carp Army Pro subscription is cancelled as part of the deletion. Store subscriptions bought through Google Play or the App Store should also be cancelled in that store. |
| Username reserved for 12 months | Your username cannot be registered by anyone else for one year after deletion. This is to stop somebody taking your name and passing themselves off as you. |
| Order records kept, but anonymised | Records of marketplace orders are kept for accounting and tax purposes, as UK law requires. They are no longer linked to you or your personal details. |
If you sell on Carp Army and have money owed to you, deletion will be blocked until any pending payout has been settled. This is deliberate — deleting the account first would leave us no way to pay you. Contact [email protected] and we will settle it, then you can delete.
If you would rather keep a copy of your fishing records, you can request a data export from the same Privacy & Data screen before deleting.
