How to tie it
- Tie a short chod section: hook, rig ring on a D, tied with a knotless knot and a stiff D.
- Tie the boom to the ring swivel with a stiff-rig loop knot so it hinges.
- Join the chod section to the ring swivel.
- Putty at the base of the hook section to balance the pop-up.
Tips
- The boom should be 6 to 10 inches; the hook section about 2 inches.
