This is a complete lead clip kit from Avid Carp. It is built around a pinned clip that releases the lead in a controlled way, and the locking pins hold the lead in place. Leave the pins out and the same clip can be fished running style. The arm is reinforced, so it can be used with heavier leads.
The ribbed clip grips the tail rubber, and you set the tension by how far you push the rubber on. Wet the clip first, and never push the rubber fully home, so the lead can still come free. The low-vis green base with camouflaged flecks suits a wide range of lake beds. Anglers who want a ready-to-use lead clip setup will find everything in one pack.
