These are the out-turned eye version of the Fox Edges Super Wide Gape hook. The bend is long and sweeping, and the gape is wider than on any earlier Fox pattern, including the Wide Gape and Stiff Rig hooks. More of the point stays exposed, which gives it a better chance of taking hold when a carp ejects the rig.
The out-turned eye suits Chod and hinged stiff rigs and fluorocarbon D-rigs. The beaked point helps limit hook pulls and works well with bottom baits over hard gravel. Available in sizes 2, 4, 5 and 6.
