The Fox EOS 12000FD is a size 12k front drag reel built for carp fishing. The front drag gives smooth, controllable clutch adjustment when you are playing a fish, and the slow oscillation lays line onto the spool evenly to help with casting distance.
It holds 450m of 0.35mm line and retrieves 98cm per turn on a 4.6:1 gear ratio. At 600g, with six ball bearings and a roller bearing, it suits anglers who want a dependable long-range reel without paying top-end money. The EOS FD range is also made in a 14k size.
