The Fox Halo AL350C is a rechargeable head torch with a single XP-G2 Cree white LED set in an anodised aluminium light unit. It gives three steady brightness settings of 350, 150 and 25 lumens, plus a boost mode that reaches 500 lumens. It is held on by one adjustable, elasticated camo head band.
The battery sits in a separate case at the back of the band, which balances the weight and also holds a red light with its own button. Weight with the battery is 190g. A Li-ion battery and a Micro USB charging cable are included, so it suits anglers who want a hands-free light for night sessions on the bank. If it is left unused for a long time, recharge the battery every 3 months.
