The Fox Micron MX is a bite alarm with a 4mm LED that can show red, orange, green, blue, purple or white. You change the colour with the rubber touch button on the back, the same way as on the RX+. Sensitivity has two steps, and separate indexed dials set the volume and tone.
It has a built-in I-Com transmitter, so it works with the Fox MX Receiver, which is sold separately or in 2, 3 and 4 rod presentation sets. A power out socket lets you connect illuminated bite indicators. It runs on two AAA batteries and comes in a hard case. It suits anglers who want an alarm they can pair with a receiver later.
