This is the second version of the Fox Mini Micron, a compact bite alarm that has been reworked from the older Mini Micron. It has two 5mm LEDs set at the top of the ears, and these can show green, blue, red or orange. The brightness of the LEDs can be changed.
The alarm has separate buttons for volume and tone, each with four settings, and a sensitivity button with two settings. A roller wheel sensing system detects bites, and a piezo speaker produces the sound. It suits anglers who want a small alarm with adjustable settings, and who may want to connect an illuminated indicator through the power out socket. For the best bite indication, use it with a bobbin, hanger or Swinger.
