This is a leader material from Fox that uses the Soft Steel construction in a fleck camo finish. The mottled colouring is meant to help the line blend in with the lakebed, which can make it harder to spot.
It has low stretch and low memory, with good knot strength and high abrasion resistance. That makes it a sensible choice for anglers fishing close to snags or rough ground. It comes in three breaking strains: 35lb (0.50mm) and 45lb (0.60mm) on 100m spools, and 60lb (0.70mm) on an 80m spool.
