These tapered braided shockleaders from Fox are made for casting spombs and fishing at long range. Each leader runs from 40lb (0.35) at the thick end down to 18lb (0.18) at the thin end, so the join to your mainline is a gradual one rather than an abrupt step.
The thin end lets you tie a small knot, which cuts friction through the rod rings and reduces air resistance in flight. Each spool holds 10m of material and supplies 3 leaders. Cut it back from the thick end to the leader length you prefer. Available in black or red.
