This is a braided shockleader that tapers along its length, from 50lb (0.38) at the thick end down to 20lb (0.20) at the thin end. The thin end allows a small knot to be tied, which cuts down friction through the rod guides and air resistance in flight. The taper also gives a smooth transition from leader to mainline.
Each spool holds 10m of material, supplied as 3 leaders. You can trim from the thick end to get the leader length you prefer. It suits anglers who cast spombs or fish at long range, and is available in black or red.
