Korda Apex is a braided mainline made by Team Korda for fishing over difficult lake beds, such as snaggy or abrasive ground. It is woven from eight carriers of Ultra High Performance PE, which Korda says gives it extra durability. Korda also rates it highly for toughness and knot strength.
It comes in a sub brown colour and is sold on 450m or 1200m spools, in 30lb (13.60kg) or 50lb (22.67kg) breaking strain. Removable markers sit every 150m, which helps when you want to check how much line you have out or have stripped from the spool. It suits anglers who want a braid for demanding sub surface conditions.
