The Korda Bait-Up Method Feeders were developed with input from Tim Hodges, the Sony World Carp Champion, who wanted a method feeder that improved on what was already available. They come in two weights, 1.25oz and 1.75oz, so you can match the feeder to the distance and conditions you are fishing.
Method feeders are popular on commercial waters, and they are also used by specialist anglers after barbel, chub, bream, tench and larger roach. Korda notes that these feeders are fairly large, so they can be too much for casting with specialist rods. They suit anglers using stouter carp-style rods who want a method feeder for packing bait around the hookbait.
