These ready-tied hair rigs from Korda come in packs of 2. Each one is tied with camo green Basix Coated Hooklink and a Basix Wide Gape hook. A short section of the coating is stripped back near the hook so the hooklink can move more freely. The supple hair has a piece of silicone that holds it on the shank, and the rig has an anti-tangle sleeve and a loop for fitting to a Basix Lead Clip Leader or Lead Clip Action Pack.
The hair length is set for a particular bait size: size 8 for 12mm hookbaits, size 6 for 15mm and size 4 for 18mm. Hair Stops and Extenda Stops are included, so you can change the hair length or use a different bait size. They suit anglers who want a rig ready to fish straight from the packet, with just a bottom bait or wafter to add.
