The Korda Chod It Tool is a shaping tool made from anodised aluminium, finished in Korda green. It is designed to make tying chod rigs and hinge rigs easier, and it helps you form the D-rig and the loops in your hooklink neatly.
The tapered point lets you work the D-rig into shape, and the mushroom cap is used to tension swivel knots. A rounded recess forms loops, and the taper along the whole tool lets you round off loops of different sizes. To make the loop at the bottom of a chod hooklink, insert the tool into it and steam it, which gives the loop more movement. It suits anglers who tie their own chod and stiff rigs.
