Korda Chod Krimps are small crimps made for building quick-change loops on chod rigs using Mouth Trap Chod Filament. A crimped loop avoids tying a knot in short, stiff material, and it lets you set the hooklink length the same each time. They are 40% smaller than Korda's standard krimps and work with the usual Korda Krimping Tools.
They come in two sizes. The 0.5mm (XS) suits 15lb and 20lb Mouth Trap, and the 0.6mm (Small) suits 25lb. A krimp that is too big for the filament can slip, so match the size to the strength. Not for use with IQ Fluorocarbon. Each pack holds 50 krimps in a box with a sliding lid.
