The Korda Flat Pear Inline Lead is a compact, pear-shaped lead with two flat sides, made for bolt rigs at short to medium range. It is available in eight sizes from 1.1oz to 5oz, so you can match the weight to the distance and the swim.
The shape suits marginal slopes, gravel bars, the sides or back of a bar, and rivers. Korda say it holds well on the lakebed, gives good impact hooking and looks like a stone on the bottom. It is not the best choice for silt, where a swivel pear lead is the better option. Danny rates it as his first choice on close-range gravel.
