About this product
- Length: 10ft
- Test curve options: 3lb, 3.5lb or 4lb
- Ceramic rings
- Fast taper from butt to tip with a tippy action
- Action closely matches the Kaizen Platinum equivalents
- Made from a more affordable grade of carbon than the Platinum
The Kaizen Green is Korda's lower-priced rod range, sitting below the Kaizen Platinum. It is built on a similar fast-tapered mandrel, and the actions match the equivalent Platinum models closely. The blank uses a more affordable grade of carbon.
The trade-off is slightly less power transfer into the cast, a little slower recovery and a touch more blank twist when casting. Most anglers will only notice this when pushing the rod hard. This 10ft version has ceramic rings and comes in 3lb, 3.5lb and 4lb test curves. It suits anglers who want a capable all-round carp rod without paying Platinum money.
