About this product
- Length: 12ft
- Test curve options: 3lb, 3.5lb or 4lb
- Fast-tapered profile with a taper running from butt to tip
- Tippy action for casting power and faster line pick-up
- Enough give in the tip to absorb lunges at close range
- Built from a more affordable carbon grade than the Kaizen Platinum
The Kaizen Green is Korda's lower-priced carp rod range, sitting below the Kaizen Platinum. The actions match the equivalent Platinum models closely, but the blanks are built from a more affordable grade of carbon. Compared with the Platinum, they transfer slightly less power into the cast, recover a little more slowly and are slightly more prone to blank twist, which can marginally affect accuracy.
This listing is for the 12ft rods, available in 3lb, 3.5lb and 4lb test curves. They suit anglers who want a capable rod without paying Platinum money, or who do not fish often enough to need the top-end grade of carbon.
