This is a 13ft carp rod with a 3.5lb test curve from the Korda Kaizen range, and it is a clearance item. It is rated for casting weights of 2-4oz. The action is tippy, with most of the flex towards the tip, which suits long casts and also gives a forgiving feel when playing fish.
It suits anglers who want a 13ft rod for distance work but also want to place leads accurately at shorter ranges. Korda describes it as the choice most people will make in 13ft unless they need an extreme range rod. Neil Spooner used it to fish at 140 yards on a trip to Croatia.
