The Klor is a carp hook pattern designed by Danny Fairbrass. The point sits in line with the eye, giving a more aggressive shape than Korda's Kurv Shank, so the hook turns quickly and takes hold in the mouth. It can be used with a range of rigs, including the Combi Rig and Spinner Rig, and with bottom baits, pop-ups and wafters.
The wire is heavy gauge, which suits weedy or snaggy water, including when fishing with braid. The point is long, sharp and slightly in-turned, which helps it resist knocks from crayfish and small fish, particularly over gravel.
