About this product
- Beaked, super-sharp point
- In-turned eye
- Micro barb
- Offset point
- Curved shank with wide gape
- Sizes 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10
The Krank was designed by Tom Dove as a hook that combines a sweeping, curved shank with a very wide gape and an offset point. The aim was a pattern that grips well and holds fish once hooked.
It was developed with simple setups in mind, such as a knotless knot rig like Tom's own 'muzza', though it can be used more widely than that. It suits carp anglers who want a strongly curved, wide-gape hook for hair-rigged baits. Available in sizes 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10.
