The Korda Krimp Tool is a hand tool for crimping Korda Krimps onto hooklink material. It is made for stiff materials such as Korda Hybrid Stiff, Mouth Trap and BOOM, and is aimed at anglers who tie chod and spinner rigs and want tidy loops. Because each crimp is fixed in place, chod rigs can be made to the same length every time.
The tool works with both sizes of Korda Krimp. The small size suits stiff bristle materials and stiff coated braids, while the large size is for very thick materials such as 30lb plus mono or 35lb BOOM. It has a soft-touch rubberised handle and comes with 20 crimps. It is not for use with Korda IQ Fluorocarbon.
