These are small swivels from Korda, supplied 20 to a pack. They are used in several rig builds, from attaching hook baits to putting together combi-rigs. A common use is sliding one onto the shank of a hook, where it acts as the blow-back element of the rig.
The swivels carry an anti-glare PTFE coating, the same non-reflective finish Korda put on its other rig components, so there is no glint to catch the eye of feeding fish. They suit carp anglers who tie their own rigs and want a little extra movement in the presentation.
