A smaller version of the Korda Heli-Safe, made for helicopter-style rigs where you want the lead to drop off once a fish is hooked. The lead comes free when the hooklink swivel pulls against the top of the bead, which helps in weedy or snaggy swims and with chod rigs. The compact body is meant to sit less obtrusively on the lake bed and cut drag in flight.
It can be set up three ways: standard spring, stiffer red spring, or a collar that stops the lead releasing at all. It can be fished naked or with leadcore. Not compatible with Korda Dark Matter leaders or the Heli-Safe Tubing Kit.
