These are ready-tied chod rigs from Korda, made with a short hooklink and a barbed Choddy hook. The hooklink is 25lb Mouth Trap, a stiff material that can be worked back into shape if it gets knocked out of line, for example after a fight. Each rig is tied with a whipping knot that lets the hooklink leave the hook eye at a set angle.
They suit anglers who want a neat chod rig without tying it at the bankside, and who prefer a short hooklink. Each pack contains three rigs. The short barbed version is offered here in sizes 4, 6 and 8.
