These are ready-tied chod rigs from Korda, made up with a short hooklink and a barbless Choddy hook. The hooklink is 25lb Mouth Trap, a stiff material that can be reshaped by hand if a rig gets bent out of shape, for example after a fish has been played.
Each rig uses the whipping knot Korda say Danny Fairbrass uses on his own chod rigs, which lets the hooklink leave the hook eye at a set angle. They suit anglers who want a short chod rig without tying it themselves, and they come in packs of three in sizes 4, 6 and 8.
