Korda Shrink Tube is a length of tubing for the hook end of a rig. Steam it over the hook eye and it shrinks to about a third of its original size, setting a kicker that helps the hook turn and take hold. The finished join is neat and tight.
It is made for carp anglers who tie their own rigs and want to adjust how a hook presents. The tube is designed to fold under excess pressure, so it does not harm the fish. It comes in 1.2mm and 1.6mm, in Clay, Gravel, Silt and Weed Green, so you can match the bottom you are fishing.
