These are dumbell-shaped wafter hookbaits from Mainline's Dedicated range, supplied in a pot with three colours mixed together: yellow, pink and white. They are fluoro in colour and made to sink slowly.
The buoyancy of the hookbait is set so that the weight of the hook counterbalances it, giving a balanced presentation without fiddly adjustment. That makes them a sensible choice for the Spinner Rig and German Rig. You can fish them in PVA bags or over a bed of other baits from the Dedicated range. They suit anglers who want a ready-made balanced hookbait.
