These are carp hooks from Nash's Pinpoint range, built on the stepped, angled bend of the Claw pattern. The shank is longer than before and turned in at 35 degrees, which Nash says helps the hook turn faster, resist ejection and hold more securely.
The extra shank length suits Slip D, Blowback and Fluoro D presentations, and it also gives an anti-eject version of the Ronnie Claw. The hooks are made from high carbon steel with the Power Forge Bend, a slight flattening of the hook profile in the highest-stress areas. Available in sizes 2, 4, 6 and 8, with a micro barb.
