The Nash Run Clip Zig Kit is an adjustable zig system built around a curved Run Clip. Under tension the clip locks in position on the line, while slack line can still pass freely through it. This lets you change the depth your zig float fishes without re-tackling.
To fish shallower, feed line out from the reel and the float rises. To fish deeper, gently tighten the line and the float is pulled under. When a carp is hooked the Run Clip locks, so the lead can be ejected from a free running set-up. That makes it a sensible choice for anglers fishing zigs over weed or near snags.
