The Nash Scope Black Ops is a series of carp rods built on high modulus blanks that combine 24 and 30 tonne carbon with a cross wrap and a 1K weave. Nash describe the fittings as the highest grade on any of their production rods, finished in matte black.
You can choose from 9ft or 10ft lengths, in 3lb or 3.5lb test curves, with the 3.5lb versions marked S. The stepped-up 3.5lb blanks are aimed at anglers fishing for big carp in tougher, more demanding waters. The 9ft and 10ft models carry Pacific Bay Minima guides, so they suit those who want a compact, well-finished rod.
