The Scope GT4000 is a compact quick drag reel from Nash with an aluminium body and engineering based on saltwater reel standards. It has a sealed quick drag with a carbon drag washer, a stainless steel main shaft and gears, and a dual propulsion line roller intended to reduce line twist.
The gear ratio is 5.2:1 and each turn of the handle retrieves 92cm of line. It weighs 335g and has a 12kg drag. The small body makes it a sensible match for anglers who use short rods. Handle grips are interchangeable between black and wooden.
