This is a carp rod from Nash's Scope range, with an abbreviated handle and ceramic guides. It is offered in two lengths, 9ft and 10ft, both with a 3.5lb test curve. The blank is made from 24 tonne low resin carbon with a helical weave, which Nash says reduces distortion and helps the rod recover.
The ceramic guides are intended for anglers who use heavy braided mainlines and snag leaders. Every rod has a 40mm butt ring and a 12mm anti-frap tip ring, and the butt cap can take the patented Butt Lock Peg connection.
