These are illuminated bobbins from Nash, made to work with the Siren R4 bite alarms. Each one connects to an R4's LED output through an MMCX bayonet push-and-twist fitting.
With the Night Glo function switched on at the alarm, the bobbin pulses with light whenever the alarm's LED lights up, giving you a visual signal as well as the alarm tone. They come in Large and Small, and both sizes include two extra 5gr drag weights. They suit anglers who already use Siren R4 alarms and want a lit indicator on the line.
