The Nash Twister Long Shank is a carp hook from the Pinpoint range, which Nash developed with Marc Voosen. It has an extended shank intended to improve anti-eject performance, and it is made from CARBIDE 617 carbon steel alloy. Nash describes this as up to 50% stronger than its earlier patterns while being lighter.
The hook has a narrow gape, a long point and a down-turned eye, a combination Nash says is designed for quick pricking. It is built with blow-out rigs in mind, so it suits carp anglers who tie that style of rig. Available in sizes 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 with a micro barb.
