The Nitelife Headtorch 580 Zoom is a compact head torch from Trakker with a white LED rated at up to 580 lumens. Twisting the lens ring moves the beam from a tight spot to a wide flood, so you can light a small area or a wider patch of the swim.
A separate red LED is there for close-up tasks and for keeping your night vision. It comes with a rechargeable Li-polymer battery pack, or it can run on three AAA batteries, which are not included. That makes it a practical choice for night sessions where you may not be able to recharge on the bank.
